While you can continue to use all other ToolJet features, you can contact us at help@tooljet.com to purchase extra AI credits as per your need.

How to purchase additional credits?

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes, you can change plans at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Do unused AI credits roll over?

No, AI credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. This helps us ensure consistent service quality for all users.

Is it possible to upgrade from self-hosted community edition?

Yes! It won't take more than a few minutes to upgrade from the community edition to enterprise edition.

Can I deploy ToolJet on-premise?

Yes! both the community edition and enterprise edition of Tooljet can be deployed on-premise. You can also opt for air-gapped deployment to run ToolJet without internet access. It usually takes less than 30 minutes to deploy ToolJet for the first time.

Is there a free trial available?

Yes, we offer a 14 day free trial period for both business and enterprise edition. Reach out to our team for a license key.
